Your course is designed to be viewed and accessed with a computer or laptop. Prior to beginning your coursework, please take a moment to ensure you are using the appropriate hardware and that all necessary software and browsers are properlly installed and working on your computer/laptop.

Hardware Requirements

It is recommended you use a computer no more than 5 years old, if possible. Below are the minimum hardware requirements needed for all courses we offer:

Software Requirements

Required software is dependant on the course you are taking. Any software required for your course will be free to download. For the software requirements specific to your course, please refer to the Course Preamble for your course. Once you register for your course and log into the course site, the Course Preamble will be listed in the introduction of your courseonce you register and log into your course.

• Flash Player may already be installed on your browser. To check to see if Flash Player is installed on your computer/laptop, access Adobe's Flash Player Help website.
• The use of Spotify requires that you create a user account. Once you have installed Spotify, you can verify that Spotify works on your computer by clicking the Test Spotify link.
